Our Vision

At Skelton our curriculum is deliberately designed to provide our children with opportunities to develop skills that they can use now and in their futures.
We seek to nurture our children’s understanding of who they are, where they come from and to realise the vast amount of potential that they have. It is imperative that our curriculum promotes aspirations and self-belief for all of our children.

In a nutshell

We aim to provoke children’s interest and curiosity with a question—what we term “a Big Idea”.
We then build activities that develop the children’s skills across the foundation subjects that allow the children opportunity to answer the “Big Idea” question.
